Ed is an experienced consulting practitioner who has worked in the technology sector for over 18 years. He has a proven track record in both sales and consulting, his experience ranges from small start-ups to large corporations. Over the years he has helped hundreds of customers with their consulting needs, from scoping, managing and delivering an entire range of projects from very small on site requirements to large programs. He is extremely flexible to work with and very understanding to a customer’s requirements, he is also a real believer in leveraging the power of focused teams to achieve outstanding results. He has a real passion for technology transformation, a wealth of experience in technology services and a real skill in ensuring customers are delighted with the outcome.

Charlie joined to help deliver a major Millenium project, and ever since has kept things running operationally. One of our quality champions, he ensures processes are followed, and operations are fit for purpose. He ensures all new support contracts go through a successful on-boarding, and oversees all operational issues.

Ruth knows the business from the ground up, having started as an engineer. Now she monitors our service delivery and reports to clients on how it's all going, handling service changes and updates, and ensuring you're a happy bunny.
